FairWinds’ UDRP Webinar on September 10th: Join the FairWinds Partners UDRP Team for a 20 minute webinar on UDRP trends in the new gTLD space, recent UDRP decisions, and how to get more value from domain name enforcement. The webinar will be held at 10 AM and 1 PM; register here.
September 1st Deadline for New gTLD Applicants: .BRAND applicants must submit their completed Contracting Information Request (CIR) as well as their Specification 13 application by September 1, 2014 in order to get a few extra months to sign their Registry Agreement. Since it may take ICANN some time to process the CIR and Specification 13 application and complete the other aspects of the contracting process, applicants who plan to meet the October 29th deadline should submit their initial documents by September 1st, if not sooner.
