As ICANN continues publishing Initial Evaluation results weekly and moves forward with its deliberation of the Governmental Advisory Committee’s Advice, a finalized and approved Registry Agreement has yet to be posted. While ICANN expects to post a finalized Agreement on June 30, the organization has provided no further details or any insight on what potential changes, if any, it will make to the April 29 Registry Agreement template.
Without a finalized Registry Agreement, and with the ongoing review and deliberation concerning the GAC’s Beijing Communiqué, it is likely ICANN’s most recently published timeline for launching new gTLDs will be pushed back further.

ICANN will provide updates on the Internationalized Domain Name (IDN) portion of the New gTLD Program on Thursday, June 27, at 7 PM EDT.
The Internet Society will be announcing its 2013 inductees to the Internet Hall of Fame on Wednesday, June 26. The Internet Hall of Fame is an annual awards program established by the Internet Society to publicly recognize those who have made “significant contributions to the development and advancement of the global open Internet.”
American Marketing Association (AMA) will collaborate with the Philippine Marketing Association (PMA) on its 44th National Marketing Conference, held in Pasay City, Philippines on June 27-28. “Roar of the Tiger” is the theme of the event since, as the PMA notes, the World Bank and others have declared the hilippines as “the next Asian tiger economy.”
